Ruminations of an ice cream expert...

Just ate 3/4 of a pint of B&J's new Body and Soul Cherry Garcia. My opinion - don't waste your money. The ice cream part is absolutely tasteless. The Cherry Garcia frozen yogurt is MUCH tastier and better for you too. If you are going to go for the whole low fat ice cream thing, then go for the Edy's Grand Light, which actually tastes like ice cream. The new Body and Soul line gets two big thumbs down from me.

Of course, I'll probably finish the pint tomorrow. I'm not one to let a frozen treat go to waste, even if it is fairly tasteless. There's still a few chocolate chunks left, which will make all the difference.

I LOVE Edy's Grand Light French Silk. I could eat gallons of it!

I gave up dairy last year, and mostly, I'm okay with it. But once in awhile, boyo, do I get a craving for ice cream. My favorite is Starbucks Low-Fat Latte.

Also, Edy's Samoa ice cream is a gift from, possibly, the Devil, straight to me. Oh, evil wonderful ice cream ...

Oh, I really like the Starbucks ice creams too, especially the mocha java chip (or whatever its called). I'll definitely have to try the Samoas ice cream though... I've had the Thin Mint one before, which is pretty good.
