It is freakin' windy outside. I mean, so much so that it really, really hurts and blows you off course. I hate wind. I hate wind more than cold, more than rain, more than sleet even. Of course, wind almost always comes along with one of those things, but even a super-windy hot day drives me nuts. It always feels like it dries out my skin and it certainly dries the hell out of my eyes (even more so than they already are), which makes my contacts bug me even more than they already do.
It's funny how on those days that I exercise, the last thing I feel like eating is junk food. I was debating letting myself get a Krispy Kreme on the way to work as a reward for Spinning today, and then realized I really didn't want one. Reason #437 I should exercise more often. And speaking of which, I could not drag my butt out of bed early this morning (I have not been sleeping well lately and I do not know why), so I didn't get to do my new DVD. I think I am going to do it when I get home from work today. There's also a new class schedule at the gym that starts in two weeks, so I need to figure out what fits best in my schedule. I definitely want to keep the Spinning, but it is getting pushed even farther back into the afternoons on Wednesdays and I don't think I will be able to make that class and still be able to get to work at a decent time. But, there is Spinning at 6PM on Wednesdays, so I might just substitute that one in. I could also try to get my butt to school by 7:30AM Tuesdays and Thursdays instead, but I seriously doubt that will happen. Plus, soon it will be warm out and I will be able to start running outside.
