Today I shall do 200 multi-state MC questions and see how far I've come.
And I really better have come decently far (although, thankfully, this is the one area of the exam where I was not dreadfully behind) to make up for the fact that New York specific law? Yeah, still a not a freakin' clue. New York specific law? 50% of the exam. Number of days left to study before the exam? THREE. Ack!
So, if I do well today, then I can relax w/r/t the multistate sections of the test and focus my attention solely on such astronomically dull subjects as Wills and Estates, Corporations, New York civil procedure, and everyone's favorite... the NY distinctions to Real Property (Why, why do you have to be *unique*, New York, and rename all of the damn Real Property terms? You butt-munches.). If I do not do well today, well, then, full freak-out session ahead.
Note: Holy shit! Dude, I can't believe I made that thing blink... it was just an experiment... a made-up tag to use for emphasis and explanation... and it's real!?!? Awesome! Off to a good start already. (Expect extreme over-usage to amuse my simple overworked mind.)
