Baseball starts tomorrow! It's been a long, long winter, people. :-)

I am seriously so excited, I am considering TiVo'ing tomorrow's game since it will be on ESPN. Why, oh why, is the opening day game scheduled for the afternoon? I don't know if I can get any real-time coverage on my computer at work, but even if I could, it just isn't the same. (Not that watching it on television compares to being there in person, but I can survive.) I do, however, have plans to go to at least two baseball games the week after next. Yeah, sure, they are Nationals games, but that's okay. The first one is against my boys (yippee!) and then the Saturday game is against the Braves, so at least I have someone to wholeheartedly root against, if not for. It is odd that the team for the city I currently live in has to be a division rival, but what the heck... baseball is baseball, and I go when I can. I can be a faux-Nats fan so long as they aren't actually a threat to my boys. ;-)
