My 10-year high school reunion is coming up and I'm undecided about whether I want to attend. See, I am most likely going to be in the general vicinity of the reunion at the time anyway (ours is held Thanksgiving weekend and my family still lives where they did while I was in high school), but I am already in touch with most of my good friends from high school. I'm not sure how many of them are actually going to be there (we're a little scattered all over the country now), but even if they were going, do I want to spend the money to visit with them at a reunion when I could see them anywhere? Do I care enough about what everyone else I graduated with is doing with their lives now to spend an entire evening with them, even though I can probably figure it out through googling and Myspace?
So, I've decided to create a poll to see what you would do/have done in my situation. Today's question... did you attend/do you plan to attend your high school reunion?

Also, unrelated to the poll, I am kind of annoyed that our reunion is held at the end of the year when we graduated in June. It's more like a 10.5 year reunion. Exactly ten years before the date of my reunion, I will have already finished my first term in college.
I'm not going and I would be the one you drive with and talk to the whole night so I hope that helps you make a decision :)
Thanksgiving is always hard for me to come up with a plan to see all the family we need to see and I don't want to try and plan around a reunion. I also feel the same that I already talk to the people I want to stay in contact with. Plus we already had a reunion in VEGAS

My 10-year was last year (my school holds them on graduation weekend, so it truly is a 10-year!).
I didn't go because my theory is this: the people I graduated with who I still love and talk to, I still see and talk to. The others? Meh. If they really meant anything to me I would still be in contact with them.
