I woke up with a cold yesterday and it's still hanging around, so I haven't worked out in two days. I've obviously fallen far behind my goal of doing 30 Shred workouts before January 1. I doubt I'll finish it by then even if I do some double workouts. I'm hoping I'll feel better by Saturday and can jump into regular workouts again. It's hard to run when you can hardly breathe while just sitting on the couch!
What about you guys... do you power through and workout, even with a cold? Or do you and your stuffy nose take a break to heal your body for a few days?
