Oops! I can't believe I let three weeks go by without posting over here. I swear I've been working out! In fact, race season is upon us (YAY!), so I've been pretty busy. I did the Four Courts Four Miler on my birthday (recap here), have been keeping up with my 10 miler/half marathon training, have gotten outside for a few runs, ran 7 miles without a walk break for the first time ever, and 5K Fridays start up again this week.
This month was a bit hectic with being out of town, having guests, celebrating multiple birthdays (sometimes multiple times!), so posting was light, but now that I'll be running in races regularly, I'm excited to get back to posting more regularly. I'm not even going to bother to write up all my individual workouts from the past three weeks at this point... just going to start over from here on out!
